Can I try it for free, and can I download my songs?

Basic lyrics are free, and you can try music generation before buying. Music downloads require paid access for the song; both MP3 and WAV are included.

Does a purchase cover songs I made earlier?

A subscription covers earlier songs in your account with its download and license benefits. A new credit pack covers only songs made with its credits, so it does not unlock unrelated free songs.

Which license do I need for social media or commercial work?

Monthly plans cover your own social channels, including monetized videos and sponsored posts. Annual plans and songs funded by credit packs include the full commercial license for uses such as client work, advertising and music distribution.

Do I keep my license if I cancel or run out of credits?

Yes. Songs already covered keep their license when you cancel renewal or their credits expire. New free songs made after paid coverage ends are not automatically included. A full refund may revoke the rights from that purchase.

How are subscriptions billed?

Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans are charged for the full year, with all yearly credits delivered upfront. Cancel renewal anytime in billing settings. Your benefits continue through the paid period.

When do credits expire?

Subscription credits last through their paid subscription period. Newly purchased credit packs are valid for 365 days after payment. Historical purchases keep their original expiry terms.

Can I buy a credit pack without a subscription?

Yes. Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. You can use one on its own or add credits to an existing subscription; the pack does not replace your subscription.

How long are my songs stored?

Basic monthly includes 90 days, Standard monthly 365 days, and Pro monthly and all annual plans long-term storage. Credit packs provide long-term storage for songs made with their credits. Cancellation or credit expiry does not shorten storage already granted; historical purchases retain their original benefits.

Is downloading the same as having a commercial license?

No. MP3 and WAV access does not change the license. A song may have personal, social media or full commercial permission; its download panel shows which applies. You still need permission for any material you upload.

What if generation fails, or I want a refund?

Unused credits are released or returned when a job fails or is canceled. Partially successful jobs may charge for completed results. Payment refunds follow our refund policy; contact support with your order details.
